We process ALL orders within ONE working day. 80% of orders are processed on the same day of purchase.

Shipping UK Mainland

Shipping in the UK Mainland is free of charge. So, buy as many products as you wish and we will always send it for free using Royal Mail recorded service or a courier for bigger parcels.

Shipping International

We offer economy shipping only to EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and USA. Prices depend on weight and country. Unfortunately, we do not send our products to any other countries because postage would exceed the price of the product.

Prices for international shipping are estimated based on weight but we always look for the most effective and cheapest service. We do not make any profit on delivery costs and if we pay less for the service we refund the difference to our customers.

Returns

Of course, we accept returns. If you received a damaged product (it'll never happen on our end to send you damaged goods) or if you don't like it please return it to us. Returning purchased goods is very simple. We do not ask questions back and forth. If you do not like the product, please send it back and we will fully refund you. If you received a damaged product, please send it back within three days. Also, you have up to 14 days to change your mind and if you don't like the product send it back to us. We will refund postage ONLY if the product you received was damaged otherwise you cover the cost of shipping.

Please note that we accept returns only if the goods are not damaged, have not been washed and are return in the original packaging.
